Pick up a dance card on the counter at Have Fun Dancing studio.
Ask Lauren to fill in the back the first night of class.
When you have reached 10 courses, send in your card when you register for your 11th course.
Please take care of your card. HFD is not responsible for lost cards.
Dancer is responsible for bringing in card and having it endorsed. Card is not endorsable after a course has ended.
